Inside Sales Support:

Responsibilities include: Data Entry, General Office with answering phones and filing, Customer Service.

  • Reliable individual with two years office experience and good work ethic.
  • Strong attention to details, organizational and computer skills a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, with heavy emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Epicor or manufacturing software a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions. Manage priorities and workflow. Able to multi task.
  • Accuracy in written and verbal communications.
  • Proficiency in basic math calculations.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Job Type: Full-time Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00

CNC Mill & Multi-Axis Lathe Machinists:

  • Programming and Set-Up of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions.
  • Experience working with various materials including plastics.
  • Selection & troubleshooting of tooling and fixtures.
  • Development and documentation of reliable process.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Mazak experience, G-Code knowledge & Integrex experience a plus.

Quality Inspector:

The QC Inspector performs dimensional inspections on high precision machined parts in accordance with customer and industry specifications.

  • Read & interpret engineering drawings/blueprints.
  • Understand GD&T
  • Know and understand the use of inspection equipment (micrometers, bore gages and optical comparators, etc.)
  • Perform first piece, in-process and final inspections.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control is a plus.
  • Operating and/or programming Vision CMM (Automeasure Software by Nikon)

Deburr Technician:

Reliable individual needed that has good hand-eye coordination with experience deburring/finishing parts. Able to work under a microscope for extended periods on a daily basis, read and understand blueprints, identify different burr types, use inspection instruments such as gage pins thread gages, micrometer, etc.
